The list of hemp uses is long and continues to grow. Hemp can be used to produce anything from textiles to building materials.
Hempcrete, a building material made from a mixture of hemp and lime, is healthy, breathable, fire-resistant, pest-resistant, and non-toxic. It also resists mold and mildew, and acts as a natural insulator.
Hemp is sustainable in that it doesn’t require pesticides or herbicides to grow, and it thrives on very little water. It can also help detoxify damaged soil. It really is a miracle plant!
