Although hemp is illegal across most of the United States, in Colorado it is the latest cash crop.
Hemp is marijuana’s non-psychoactive cousin. Colorado hemp growers anticipate a substantial increase in the hemp industry this year. There are many new businesses popping up in Colorado that are cashing in on the resurrected hemp industry, demonstrating the many Uses of Hemp – hemp coffee, paper, rope, and nutritional supplements, to name a few.
Growers are preparing for a much more successful hemp harvest in 2015.
