In Toledo, Ohio, a festival celebrating the value of the hemp plant was held at the ‘Toledo Hemp Center.’
Scott Sondles of ‘HempStrong’ attended the festival,
and he pointed out the difference of Hemp vs. Marijuana – industrial hemp contains a maximum .03% THC, so if you smoke it, there is no risk of getting the high that marijuana gives.
Sondles also said that the DEA and law enforcement claim they can’t tell the difference between hemp and marijuana, but that that can not be true, because there has been information about hemp since the 1930’s, even in text books.
It is high time people learn to recognize the difference between hemp and marijuana, and the value of hemp as a commodity.
