A university in Thailand has put Hemp in the News, with its move towards research and development of hemp, for medicinal and industrial purposes.
Rajamangala University of Technology Isan (RMUTI) Khon Kaen Campus, in Nakhon Ratchasima, Thailand, is collaborating with partners to study hemp and advance hemp varieties best suited for Khon Kaen. They’re also looking for ways to improve cannabidiol (CBD) for Thai herbal remedies that can be sold globally.
These are just two of the many purposes for this collaboration between RMUTI, GreenWorks Asia and the Na Fay Tambon Administrative Organisation in the northeastern province.
