A conference for Indigenous Inclusion in the Hemp and Cannabis Industries put Hemp in the News this week. Indigenous dignitaries and hemp industry leaders gathered together at the inaugural event in Saskatoon.
The Kawacatoose First Nation founded the event to help bridge business relationships for Indigenous people with hemp and cannabis companies.

Poorman’s goal is to establish an Indigenous cooperative within the next two years.
