With Nevada University doing more and more research, it is putting Hemp in the News, as it looks at many new possible strains.
The fact that hemp needs considerably less water than other mainstream crops, gives it a decided advantage in the state of Nevada. The university is even going so far as to give online instruction on the growing and production of hemp.
Hemp is very popular in American farming communities at this time for it’s CBD oil. Its many other uses, has many beginning to look to other ways of making the crop financially viable.
The university has found that hemp grows very well in similar climates and is hoping its findings and advice will help the local agricultural industry.
