Costa Rica has Hemp in the News this week as it joins many others in looking at hemp to help its agricultural industry.
The Costa Rican government passed a law in September, legalizing hemp growing and processing.
Licenses will provide opportunities to use hemp for medicines, cosmetics, hemp-based foods, and industrial products.
The new cannabis regulations cover a criminal category as well as motives and enticement for manufacturers and business owners.
