The Australian government finally makes a ruling to allow the making and selling of hemp food-products, which puts Hemp in the News in Australia.
Lyn Stevenson, president of the Industrial Hemp Association of Victoria, was pleased to report that the ruling is set to help growers of hemp for food products.
Although regulations are still strict and in some ways archaic, including notification of planting schedules and random tests, the bill for which must be paid for by the farmer, the benefits and wonders of this plant as a food source are becoming more widely recognised.
