New research has shown that humanity’s coexistence with Hemp History dates back several millennia, even further than originally known.
Modern humans have been developing relationships with certain plants and animals that are beneficial to our existence. Many of these chosen species, that have been carried on since prehistory, are still with us today. Examples of these include dogs and cats, honey and grains, aspirin and caffeine.
However, in the last hundred or so years, societies have excluded some plants and fungi that have been used medicinally for years. One of the greatest losses, and arguably the most useful plant on the planet, is cannabis.
