The Wyoming Department of Health has announced that CBD hemp oil registration cards are now permitted for epilepsy patients.
The state Legislature approved a law that allows the possession of cannabidiol oil for seizure and epilepsy patients. There could be up to 175 patients in the state who apply for the registration card.
Medical advocates believe CBD (cannabidiol) hemp oil can reduce the amount of seizures for those suffering from severe epilepsy. Until recently, CBD oil was only available in Colorado, and people were relocating to the state to gain access to the oil. Advocates are pleased to see Wyoming laws against CBD hemp oil lifting.
