The development of an ‘electronic joint’ made from hemp plants will help relieve pain and discomfort for MS and cancer patients. It is the latest example of Hemp as Medicine and it will ease people’s pain without the THC ‘high’ that marijuana gives. 
Rather than marijuana, the ‘electronic joint’ contains cannabidiol (CBD) which is a natural painkiller. The product will hit the markets in France in January 2015.
