A new vegan cookbook has hit the shelves and it includes some delicious-looking Hemp Recipes that provide the perfect plant-based protein.
Becky Hunt of Minneapolis has a story to tell that is both tragic and inspirational. The result is her brilliant cookbook creation, ‘Vegan Morning Noon & Night’. It is loaded with delicious vegan recipes, many of which include Hemp Seed Hearts.
Hemp Seed Hearts are an excellent alternative to meat protein. In fact, no other plant offers such a rich source of digestible protein. They’re also rich in vitamin E, magnesium, as well as Omega-3 and Omega-6 – the essential fatty acids.
One of the greatest challenges of eating vegan is to give up cheese. Hunt’s cookbook offers some recipes for foods that we all love, like mac and cheese and pizza. She even has a recipe for parmesan cheese.
